Returns

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
